These conditions of sale define the relationship between Analog Sound Design and buyer and conditions apply to all purchases made through the site Analog Sound Design, the buyer either professional or consumer.

These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Analog Sound Design.

The prices of our products and services are indicated in euros all taxes included.
Analog Sound Design reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the purchaser.
In case of orders to countries outside the EU and overseas territories,
Analog Sound Design does not charge any additional cost due to local taxes or customs fees.
Products and services belong to Analog Sound Design until payment of the full price.

Intellectual Property
All virtual data is customer protected at all stages. Only Analog Sound Design personnel and its subcontractors have access to data.

Analog Sound Design disclaims any liability for the remuneration of rights holders of the works concerned.
The customer agrees to have all the necessary authorizations, depending on the region and the laws in force to ensure the production of phonograms legally.

Technical Data
The customer is responsible for the successful completion of the transfer of data to Analog Sound Design.
Only three audio formats are accepted for studio work: WAV (Microsoft) AIF (Apple) MP3 (Fraunhofer). Minimum quality for WAV and AIF 44100Hz / 16 Bits (called CD quality) and 128kbit / s MP3 format.
The duration of an audio file must not exceed the audio capacity of one side of vinyl, determined by the selected offer.

Analog Sound Design is responsible for packaging and shipping protection of products.
Responsibility is determined by the insurance with the logistics provider.

Production Faults
Analog Sound Design checks with the utmost precision each of its products. However, any errors or omissions related to the production must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the parcel to initiate a procedure to repair damage.
